Draft in your voiceFor Jamie

Hi Jamie, following up on our conversation. What would be a good time to talk?

You review it and send it yourself.

How it works

1

Open your day

Your calls and follow-ups are lined up, with the notes you need.

2

Work the call sheet

Make the call. Save the outcome, then move to the next person.

3

Review the follow-up

Check the follow-up draft, then copy it into your email or text.

Keep the relationship moving.

Calls, notes, and follow-ups belong together. The same front-office loop is the foundation for both professions.

  • Your next conversation, in view

A call sheet with the reason to call and the notes you need, person by person.

  • Your notes carry forward

Keep the facts, requests, and commitments from a conversation with the client.

  • Follow-ups from saved outcomes

You log what happened. BookTabs lines up the next step and prepares the draft.

  • Drafts in your voice

Voiceprint shapes the wording. You review it and copy it into the tools you use.

Built deeper for insurance.

The insurance workspace is built and in daily use. These tools belong to the insurance side of BookTabs.

  • Renewals in view. Keep the book’s renewals in view 90 days out.

  • Carrier quotes, marked up. Review highlighted differences on a carrier quote before you share it.

  • One shared insurance book. Clients, policies, renewals, and team roles stay together.

  • Your agency’s guidelines. Keep the carrier standards your agency adds with the work.

  • PropertyNotes, planned. Property briefs and change alerts on covered Florida addresses are planned inside BookTabs for the founding cohort.

Questions, answered

Who is early access for?

Insurance agents and real estate professionals can join the list. The insurance workspace is built and in daily use. The real estate workspace is planned for early access, not built or available today. Joining the list does not create a workspace.

What does BookTabs help me do?

Start with a sorted day, work through your call sheet, save notes and outcomes, and review follow-up drafts in your voice. That loop runs in the insurance workspace today and is the design for the planned real estate workspace.

Does it replace my insurance agency system?

No. Connections to HawkSoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic, and AMS360 are in the founding build order and are not connected today. Your agency system stays the record. For insurance agencies working from spreadsheets or paper, the importer builds a working book for the front-office workflow.

What does it cost?

Insurance plans: Solo is $49 a month and Founding Solo is $39 a month. Founding is $99 a month, locked for the first year, then $129. Standard is $149 a month and Team is $249 a month. The PropertyNotes add-on is included with Team and $49 a month on other insurance plans; its connection inside BookTabs is planned. Real estate pricing will be announced before access opens.

Do I need a card or a contract?

No card is needed to join the early-access list. Insurance plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

Does BookTabs make calls or send messages for me?

You make the calls. BookTabs keeps the call sheet and context in view. You save each outcome, review the draft, and copy it into your usual email or text. Platform sending for insurance agencies is in the founding build order and is not live today. No real estate platform connections are built today.
